I am wanting to put a new set of at tires on my 19 ecosport se does anyone know how big I can go before I run into clearance issues

From info I got at tiresize.com, you might be able to go with 275/40R17 if you have 17 inch rims and 145/90R16 if you have 16 inch rims. If you go to that site you can evaluate the options they present.

I just threw some new tires on my EcoSport. Went with the 215/65/16 General Grabber ATX. I have no rubbing at all. All 4 tires mount and balanced were about $660.

I usually go on lower though 16" can be smooth size, yeah 17" is the largest tire for eco I think.

I just ordered these tires yesterday. Have you had any problems with the transmission or anything since you put them on? Looks great!
