Having issues with a jammed gear box almost daily in the Delhi winters. Moves when the car is warmed up for atleast 15-20 minutes. Works fine thereafter. Not related to winter as the problem did occur in Kochi summer as well. Had called in service support back then. By the time they arrived it was ok. So no resolution was made. It's a 2019 Ecoboost petrol. Plz help.

I think your shifting linkage needs adjustment. That shouldn't be expensive with a manual transmission in India.
The transmission shifts with a cable, not a direct mechanical link. The cable stretches, and it can get sloppy.
I had it checked when this was new in 2019. The service guys said all is well. It's been happening occasionally but now it's a daily affair. By the time it goes to the service stn, there is no issue l. I'm lost for ideas now. What do I do?
I am assuming you have a manual transmission. They weren't available here in the US. (Which sucks! I love driving a manual!)
Here is an article that discusses possible reasons. Gearbox tough to shift in cold weather

The cheapest first step would be to change the transmission fluid with some good synthetic fluid. Make sure the level is correct.
If that doesn't help, it may be an issue with the clutch, as explained in the article.

Thanks. Shall show this to my service centre for resolution. A faulty clutch plate isn't understood on a new car as the issue first came up in a month of purchase and in the tropical weather. I don't know what happens next. Thanks for the information.

It's rare, but new parts are sometimes faulty, or maybe weren't installed correctly.
They are going to tell you they found nothing wrong with it. They don't want to do warranty work.

You have experienced issues from the first month. That indicates a problem from the factory.

My suggestion is to take the car there, and park it for a day. Go back the next day, and watch them try to start it and drive it. Record it on your phone.
