Stone Hit on Gear Box Case Engine Oil Leakage

Hi All,
I bought Ecosport BS6 AT 2020 model in June.
5 Days back when I was going around 10KMPH speed I drove over the stone and it jumped and hit Transmission. I immediately stopped vehicle after hearing the sound of stone hit. And Also stopped Engine in the gap gap of 2 to 3 mins though it was in park mode. Noticed that Engine oil was leaking through the case. Took vehicle to Hyderabad Tarnaka RTC X Road Fortune Ford service center by towing with help of road side assistance service.
Now service center people says that Transmission case is not available to purchase and they are waiting for confirmation from Ford. Can anybody help me how to speed up the process.
