Speed Limit Sign Missing

I have a 2017 Escape with Sync 3 and Navigation and on the map it shows a speed limit sign with the current roads speed (most roads)
This month I just purchased a 2018 EcoSport which also has Sync 2 with Navigation but the speed limit sign never shows?
I took it back to the dealer and they were no help and were clueless ! Does anyone know how to enable the speed limit sign.
It may be a forscan code which needs to modified but I cant find it..
