I think they just don't want to honor the warranty. Something like that should be covered.

I purchased a 18 plate Ecosport from a nation car sales company as it is the best car for my needs I am a disabled senior citizen. When I purchased the car I arranged a extended warranty, during the warranty when I turned the heating on or off it made a scraping noise, I had the car inspected by the company and they say that it is not covered by the warranty have anyone had the same problem. The car has only 20.000 on the clock I have a copy of the warranty and I will be happy to send as it is to big to upload
