A new ford ecosport shouldn't be having these problems, at least when it comes to engine vibration. The few reasons I can recall is worn out or faulty sparkplugs, loose or disconnected hoses, damaged motor mounts or transmission mounts, or faulty timing belt. Best to bring it to the dealership for a checkup.

Its pretty normal for there to be a bit of oil consumption. By how much would you say its increased? Have you noticed any changes in performance or a loss of power?
