Installation of an aftermarket amp

The suv is 2019 eco sport se I'm having an signal interference from some where I have the lci2 spliced directly to the rear passenger speaker. I've been told my amp needs replaced but idk if it was wired correctly or what the amp seems like it isn't putting out any power it suppose to be 1000 rms at 2ohm
