Ford put a lot of thought into efficiency of space and this video here they released talks a bit about it. As we get to see these in person and through reviews there will be lots more to see.

That's obviously aimed at the younger generation who's probably getting their first car or going off to college. But I do like their motto. Go small. Live big. All those trips where I would have liked to pack more are in the past.

Agreed, the lined paper theme and what's prioritized is all directed at students. There's nothing wrong with that as long as the EcoSport performs as promised.

I definitely will not be connecting my car to my mobile phone. The frequency of me misplacing my phone is just too high for that.

Younger generation will probably be all we see ad's and promotional material aimed at since when you target them with a vehicle like this you still attract the older demographics. People always want to feel young and if this creates that feeling Ford will get them too. But overall people in these segments buy based off of needs not some marketing material.

Looking at the way the younger generation is shaping, they really just look for the key features that stick out to them. Phone connectivity, space, fuel efficiency, and overall price. Price obviously being key because they're limited in what they can get but connectivity is a key role.
