How long does it take before your Ecosport warms up.

My 2020 Ecosport with the 3 cylinder engine takes much longer to warm up than any four cylinder I have had in the past. It seem to take as long as V8 engines I have driven. Most small engined vehicles I have owned warmed up to operating temperature (according to the temperature gauge) in less than one mile of driving unless it was close to or below freezing. This car does not even start to warm up by the time I have driven one mile. I even had a VW TDI 1.9 liter that warmed up sooner than my ecosport. Is this normal?

Don't know if it's normal, but I've noticed that, too
Got 2l 4 cylinder in NW Wisconsin and it warms up fast. But could throw out more heat when -0F.

Sounds like you may have a thermostat partially stuck open.
The vehicle has active shutters. What is the outside temperature during these periods before it warms up?
