My Ecosport Model 2015, 1.5 diesel TDCI ,run 95000 km , the engine oil is seen in the collant tank , sent to the ford service , they flushed out collant and engine oil, filled engine oil , changed the spare coolant bed, and engine head gasket due to leak and they filled water aksed me run for 500 km , and bring back the vehicle, they filled the new coolant, the engine oil is seen in the coolant again , they its the engine oil already settled in the system and not from the engine,
and There is black smoke comes out of exaust when pressed the accelarator ,

Is this issue any one faced? please suggest your views and experience

I think Ford service is wrong. If it was just oil that was in the system, they should change the coolant again and it won't be there the next time. It think there's a crack in the cylinder head or maybe the engine block that's causing the problem.

Well if they did the job correctly, they should have had the cylinder head magnafluxed and resurfaced to check for cracks, . But, not all shops go too the added expense of that... But, getting all of the oil out of the coolant system can be a pain in the butt and usually takes a few flushes to completely clear the system. I have had too do it on a few 3.0 ford Taurus's in my day...
