Fluid transmission 6f15, you think I should exchange 150,000 miles before?

Meu Ford Ecosport tem transmissão automática modelo 6f15 e usa o Mercon ULV. O manual do proprietário diz para trocá-lo em 150.000 milhas. Você acha que eu deveria negociar antes de 150.000?

Even though Ford claims the fluid is a “lifetime” fluid, I opted to change it at 30,000 miles and will do so again at 60 K and 90 K. This is largely due to there not being transmission filter.
As I recall, only 4 quarts came out when I drained it and I refilled with 4 quarts.
I also changed the 4WD fluid as this only holds ~1 quart and it gets very hot as it sits beside the catalytic converter.

Does it use the same fluid?

6f15 uses Motorcraft ULV.
6f35 uses Motorcraft LV
Usually the 6f15 is on the 1L 3 cyl models and the 6f35 is on the 2L 4cly awd models.

How can you determine that? Are they labeled?

What did the fluid look like when you changed tyranny fluid?

Your sig says you have a 18 SES. All SES models are the 4 cylinder all wheel drive and have the 6F35 transmission.

I wondered how you got that info. Not that I don't believe you, of course.

I don't remember. I just know it. Probably figured it out when I first got it... More than likely called the dealership.

It was slightly darker red than the new stuff (I.e. less clear), but not burned/brown.

30 K miles is early, but since there is no replaceable filter, early is better!

What fluids are used in the 4WD and rear differential?

per my service manual;

The PTU takes 75W85 synthetic hypoid gear lube.

The rear diff takes 80W90 synthetic rear axle lube.
