Hi. When i push the start button, i hear a crank sound but the engine won't start sometimes at the first try. A spark sound is heard and an instruction 'check battery service' is displayed on the instrument cluster. I replaced the battery and the problem is still active. I'm unable to post the video. Please provide an email for the video

It may be a bad starter, or the wiring is loose or dirty. Check all connections.

definitely look for any loose or corroded connections. is your check engine light on?

I don't know where you live in India, but it's a big country, and climate change is raising hell there. Rain, or even humidity, is toxic to the electrical system. You need to clean or replace anything that looks corroded, and use sealants to keep all the contacts clean and free from any humidity.
