Climate blower fan

I have a 2019 Ecosport SES with 4,000 mi. I’ve been having a problem with the blower fan. When I start the car the fan goes up high then down to the lowest setting and won’t go back to high even turning the fan speed knob! I think it’s the fan resister! The dealer want to remove the entire dashboard! Has anyone had anything like this happen with their Ecosport?

Hi I am having the same problem, started suddenly Dealer wants to change whole Climate Control Unit(Cost around 20K-25K), please let me know, 2018 EcoSport Titanium Diesel 18000KMs
