I would think that doing this upgrade would be very costly. You would need to replace not only the screen, but the
"head" unit of the system. And maybe some other components as well (to get full functionality of the 8" display).
It might be less expensive to trade in your model ("S"?) for a higher level trim model with the 8" touchscreen?
I suppose another option would be to find a salvage EcoSport in a junkyard, to buy the swap-out parts cheap.
But it might not be easy to find a late-model, compatible salvaged EcoSport.
