2019 Ecosport Titanium - 35 liter Fuel Tank

Hi Peeps, got 2019 ecosport titanium awd vehicle and when refuelling noticed tank got full with 32 liters of 87 octane gas with 60 kms to Gas station light ON. Assuming average 10 km per litre it seems i have access to only 32+6=38 liters of tank available instead of 51 or 52 liters as mentioned in manuals. Anyone facing similar issue and if anyone can give any directions
