I recently cut my turn into my driveway a little sharp and pulled up on the curb a bit. Since that moment, my car has made a noise. It happens during the start it seems to make the engine louder. It also gets louder upon acceleration. I'm scheduled to take it to Ford, but they have a bit of a back-up. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible you damaged the exhaust? That would explain the louder engine.

Thank you for the feedback. Looking online, it does seem to be a possibility that comes up. Is this something that would render it unusable or at this point, is it just a noise annoyance? It seems like it causes a bit of a shake too. Thanks!

You may have bent something, or tweaked your alignment. If there's a bad shake, I'd try not to drive it until it gets repaired.

I also vote for damage to the exhaust, likely the flexpipe. But, it could be something else.

You don't nessarily have to take it to the Dealer; I would look on Google for a local shop with a good rating and take it there since the damage wouldn't be covered under warranty.
